About the Founder
Rescue Rays Foundation is a registered Section 8 Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to serving society with integrity, compassion, and commitment. The organization is founded and directed by Mr. Ramchandra M. Chatri and Amin. With more than 25 years of experience as a social worker, he has devoted his life to helping people in need and uplifting communities.
